Final Sale Notice
In accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines, we are unable to accept returns based on "change of mind" or "change of heart." Therefore, please note that all sales are final and items are sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis. We take pride in fully disclosing the condition of our items, including any specific flaws or imperfections. Our detailed descriptions, photos, and videos are designed to help you make informed decisions. Remember, these visuals are an integral part of each item's description.
Returns and Exchanges Due to Shipping Errors
We want to ensure your experience is nothing short of excellent. If we’ve made a mistake with your order, we’re here to help! Here’s how our return process works for shipping errors:
1. Notify Us: If you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Return Shipment: Once we confirm the shipping error, we will ask you to send the incorrect item back to us within three (3) days of notifying us.
3. Refund/Exchange: We will process your refund or exchange once we have received the item that was sent to you by mistake. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and includes all accompanying "extras" (such as dustbags, boxes, locks, and any other accessories)
Returns for Preloved Items
We want you to love your purchase, but please note that we do not accept returns for defects or damages on preloved items. Before you complete your purchase, we take great care to detail every notable characteristic and imperfection of each item.
All photos and videos shared with you are integral to understanding the overall condition of the item. By proceeding with your payment, you acknowledge and accept the imperfections disclosed at the time of sale.
Before we ship your item, we conduct a final inspection to ensure that the description aligns with its current condition. It’s important to remember that when you choose a preloved item, signs of wear are expected and part of the charm of owning a unique piece.
Once your purchase is dispatched and delivered, we cannot accommodate complaints or inquiries regarding the item's condition.
